Thamead Town Under 11's

Thamesmead Town Under 11's played Blackheath Wanderers on the 7th March 2010. Thamesmead having already beaten Blackheath in the away fixture started brightly and dominated the majority of play.

Thamesmead gave away a penalty which Blackheath slotted away into the corner. All was not lost for Thamesmead who continued to keep possession, however with the second shot on goal Blackheath went in at half time 2-0 up.

Second half, Thamesmead continued to try and play but with Thamesmead not threatening goal, Blackheath got stronger as the game continued with the game finishing 4-1.

Thamesmead Town are now only a point above the relegation zone and have played an extra game than Dartford Town just below them. The 3 points pushed Blackheath up to 6th place in the Bexley A League, this was a game that Thamesmead needed to win.
